Photographs created by the Studio remain subject to the Studio’s and/or photographer’s applicable copyright, as described in the Terms of Service. Customers receive permission to use delivered photographs for personal purposes, subject to any restrictions communicated by the Studio.

Where required, the Studio will obtain appropriate consent before using identifiable photographs for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with staff who need it to complete a booking, with payment channels you choose to use, or when required by applicable law.

Customers should only send payments using official Studio payment details. The Studio is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts or individuals.

We keep booking, payment, and account records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and for informing the Studio if booking or contact details need to be corrected.

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting the Studio using the details below. Some information must be kept to complete a booking, process a refund, or comply with law.
